On the morning of Sep.30, 2026, JJM launched the 6th staff skills competition.

The slogan of this competition is "Refine skills, strive for excellence; unite as one, open a new chapter".

This competition includes 8 events: Niterra 100% Inspection, Pre-plating 100% Inspection, Single-stroke Stamping, Die Adjustment, 3D Drawing Creation, Jig-pass 100% Inspection, Manual Air Gun Carton Sealing, Product Visual Inspection. 46 employees participated, an increase of 11 from last year’s 35 contestants.

Niterra Product 100% Inspection: Contestants are evaluated on inspection accuracy and efficiency.

      Pre-plating Battery Terminal 100% Inspection: Contestants are assessed not only on inspection speed, but also their capability to identify defective parts keenly.

Single-Die Component Production Contest: Press operators are evaluated on bending production speed using the single die and the yield rate.

In the 3D drawing project, personnel from the technical department participated in the competition to test the ability of employees to accurately identify product drawing information and quickly draw 3D drawings.

 Battery Terminal Jig Passing & 100% Inspection Contest: Inspectors were tested on their proficiency and efficiency in detecting defects using jigs.

       Die Adjustment Event: Contestants are evaluated on stamping die assembly, clearance adjustment, defect countermeasures and dimensional precision control.

 Manual Carton Sealing Event: Contestants are evaluated on work procedures, sealing quality and operating speed.

Product Visual Inspection: Contestants compete on defect identification, criteria mastery, inspection speed & accuracy.

Finally, after fierce competition, each project has its own champion, runner up and third place, and a total of 22 employees have won the prize.

To reward everyone's hard work and participation, JJM held a post-match summary, experience sharing and dinner party.

This year's skills competition has achieved a higher level of results than last year. This year's competition has once again enhanced the mutual learning and communication among employees in work, fully mobilized the enthusiasm of JJM employees to learn technology, compare skills, and compare innovation, comprehensively strengthen the construction of talent team, and further improve the career of JJM employees Skill level and innovation ability create a good environment for employees to grow and become talents.
