With the collective efforts of all JJM employees, the company's business continues to develop steadily and robustly. To thank every employee for their hard work, welcome our new colleagues, and enhance teamwork and cohesion, JJM organized an outdoor team-building activity  on December 17th, themed "United as Ingredients, Stronger as One Team."

　　At 13:30 that afternoon, all employees dressed in their unified winter work attire, gathered at the company entrance and boarded buses together to the activity venue. Upon arrival, the teams were divided into six pre-assigned groups: blue, orange, purple, gold, green, and pink. Each group wore vests in their respective colors, showcasing an energetic and spirited team presence.The event included team collaboration tasks, group cooking competitions, and a shared dinner. The atmosphere was warm and lively, filled with laughter and joy, fully reflecting JJM’s positive, united, and supportive team spirit.Notably, during the teamwork activities, everyone demonstrated not only excellent communication and coordination skills but also integrated the "6S" management philosophy into every detail. From the orderly organization of the event to the swift cleanup and restoration of the venue after cooking, JJM employees consistently upheld high standards and professionalism.

　　During the awards session, it was announced that the original ranking selection based on the regulations would be revised, and all participants would be awarded the top prize. This decision was made by the management in recognition of each team's wholehearted efforts and outstanding collaborative abilities.

　　Amid the recent business expansion, employees have spared no effort, diligently contributing and supporting the company's progress through concrete actions. This team-building event was not merely an occasion for relaxation and interaction but a valuable opportunity to strengthen team cohesion.
