On the morning of Sep.19, 2025, JJM launched the 5rd staff skills competition.

　　The slogan of this competition is "Pool wisdom, create brilliance, strive for excellence and create another possibility".

　　This competition is divided into eight events, namely forklift operation skills, full inspection and binding fixtures of battery terminal , full inspection of Niterra products, full inspection before plating of battery terminals, material setting before stamping, 3D data creation, single-process stamping processing, and size measurement of special Niterra products. A total of 35 employees participated in the competition. The number of participants is the same as last year.

　　Finally, after fierce competition, each project has its own champion, runner up and third place, and a total of 20 employees have won the prize.

　　To reward everyone's hard work and participation, JJM held a post-match summary, experience sharing and dinner party.

　　This year's skills competition has achieved a higher level of results than last year. This year's competition has once again enhanced the mutual learning and communication among employees in work, fully mobilized the enthusiasm of JJM employees to learn technology, compare skills, and compare innovation, comprehensively strengthen the construction of talent team, and further improve the career of JJM employees Skill level and innovation ability create a good environment for employees to grow and become talents.
